Can't extract the RoboMiner.ex4 file to the /experts folder

I am trying to set up a demo account to try out robominer. But can't extract the RoboMiner.ex4 file to the /experts folder in the folder in which Metatrader was installed.
Any solutions?

Not sure but make sure you double-click the icon because it will open into more files and the EA is one of those.

Save the robominer.ex4 file to your desktop, go to "my computer", "C:", "programs", "meta4". Once you have the meta4 file folder open you will see a folder that says "EXPERTS". Drag the robominer.ex4 file from your desktop and drop it into the meta4 EXPERTS folder. Close everything out and restart the meta4 program and you should see robo under Expert Advisors.
