Forex Prospector EA going forward

Hello,
I bought the original ver 1.3 Prospector EA beginning of the sale date on July 2009. I have received it on the email and have specified on to the broker. I have not activated it but there seems to be ver 1.4 out. I am revisiting this site and have noticed lack of thread posting on this EA. I can assume it has been discontinued. My question is if it has what recourse do I have? Since then, I have closed the US account speciified to Prospector due to NFA poking its head again. Can anyone shed some light? Sorry if this has been answered before.
